Sunday, Oct. 20, at 7:30 p.m., Musica Sacra conducted by Timothy McDonald will present its fall concert. On the program is a cantata by Bach and two Church Sonatas and a Missa Brevis by Mozart. The concert is at Arrupe Auditorium on the Rockhurst University campus. Dr. McDonald will give his live program notes at 6:45. Violinist Destiny Mermgen has started a new series of concerts called WELLNESS WEDNESDAY. The first of these free, interactive “mental health” programs is Sept. 18 at noon at Old Mission United Methodist Church.
